Our Returns Policy
Should you have any issues with any of our items, please contact us and we will aim to resolve any issues you may have. This may include you sending photos of the issue and us contacting any carriers used, but please be assured we will aim to resolve any issues swiftly and to your satisfaction. We would prefer to resend items where possible, but under the consumer act you are of course entitled to a refund, this may require the return of the item first depending on the issue. We would expect contact from you within 21 days of receipt if there is any problem with the goods supplied. Should you just have a change of heart, please let us know also, we do want to make your shopping experience with us an enjoyable one, and for you to have the confidence to purchase from us. However if the item has been personalised and is specifically named for yourselves then a restocking fee of £3.00 will apply to cover our time and costs. Many thanks,
